Customs documentation is required for shipments to or from non-EU countries or areas with independent customs (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). If you are sending documents without commercial value, no additional attachments are required: indicate "DOCUMENTS" in the contents field to avoid customs procedures.
