These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Site and the Service offered, as well as the related payment methods: by using the Site, creating an account or confirming an order, the User fully accepts the following. The Service is intended for adult Users acting on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties by virtue of representative powers.
For the purposes of these Terms:
The Service offered allows Users to search for rates and configure the shipment and transport of their goods with the assistance of a third-party Logistics Provider that acts as an aggregator of various Couriers. The Holder is not a carrier, nor a forwarder or postal operator, and does not intervene in the operational phases of the shipment: instead, it makes available an IT platform that allows the User to make a booking for the transport service offered by the Logistics Provider and the Couriers integrated into its platform. The physical execution of transport, collection, handling and delivery of goods is carried out exclusively by the Courier selected by the User at the time of booking, and therefore remains subject to the contractual conditions of such Courier. By using this Service, the User also accepts the contractual conditions of the Logistics Provider (available at the following links: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy), aware that the execution of transport, punctuality, integrity of goods and any activity related to their physical handling fall within the exclusive sphere of responsibility of the chosen Courier. The payment made by the User constitutes the consideration for the booking Service provided by the Holder and is not intended to be transferred to the Courier or Logistics Provider on behalf of the User, as the Holder purchases the transport Service from the Logistics Provider using exclusively its own funds. The Holder does not manage, store or transfer User funds and does not provide tools or features that allow the User to hold, manage or move Cryptocurrencies through the Site or the Service.
To use the Service, it is necessary to have a compatible device, an Internet connection and an updated browser, the functioning of which is the sole responsibility of the User. Access to the Service takes place through Google or Auth0 authentication. The User is responsible for the security of their credentials and the devices used to access the Service; unless proven otherwise, any operation carried out through the personal account is presumed to have been carried out by the User or by subjects authorized by them. Any fraudulent or unlawful use of the Service is prohibited, including any use aimed at evading tax, customs, export restrictions, security measures or other regulatory provisions. The Holder may suspend or close the User's account in case of violation of these Terms, requests from the competent authority, reports of improper use or when there are security reasons to protect the Service or other Users.
To configure a shipment, the User enters the required data in the search engine: the Site then shows the available solutions, with Couriers, estimated delivery times, costs and main details of the offer. Once the desired option is chosen, the User enters their data, indicates the contents of the package, verifies that it does not include prohibited items and provides packaging in accordance with the guidelines; the addresses and telephone contacts of sender and recipient must also be specified and, when provided, the date and time slot for collection. Payment of the Service by the User takes place through on-chain sending of Bitcoin Cryptocurrency to the address indicated to them during order completion. Once payment has been made, the shipping label is generated, which the User must print and apply to the package that will be delivered to the Courier according to the provided methods.
To generate the label and book the collection of the goods, it is necessary to enter exact and complete data (including sender, recipient, addresses, contacts, contents, declared value, dimensions and weight of the packages), the truthfulness, completeness and updating of which are the responsibility of the User. The Holder, in fact, does not carry out independent checks on the correctness or adequacy of the data entered by the User, who remains the only subject responsible for the information provided and the consequences arising from their inaccuracy. Any discrepancy, incomplete entry or inaccurate declaration (for example lower weights or dimensions, undeclared or prohibited contents, incorrect or non-standardizable addresses) may result in surcharges, refusal, delays, storage, returns or destruction of goods according to the Courier's rules, without right to refund from the Holder. Any additional costs applied by the Courier or Logistics Provider as a result of such discrepancies remain entirely at the User's expense, and may be communicated even after delivery, based on checks carried out during shipment. The User is also responsible for the packaging of the package, which must comply with the guidelines published on the Site or provided by the Logistics Provider: inadequate packaging may result in damage, refusal of the package, limitations to refunds or additional charges, without this generating any liability on the part of the Holder.
Once the booking is confirmed and the related amount is paid, the order is to be considered final: the User is aware that any subsequent modifications or cancellations of the order no longer depend on the Holder, but exclusively on the Logistics Provider and/or the Courier, and may involve additional costs. The User also accepts that the technical impossibility or refusal of the carrier to perform the operation for reasons not attributable to the Holder cannot in any case result in liability on the part of the latter. In any case, it is recommended to contact our Customer Service at parcelnode@gmail.com.
The Service accepts exclusively payments in Bitcoin Cryptocurrency (BTC), processed directly on the blockchain through a Bitcoin node of the Holder, which it uses exclusively to process payments received from Users. Since the Holder does not directly provide tools for managing, converting or transferring Cryptocurrencies and accepts exclusively Bitcoin as a means of payment, the User who wishes to pay using a different Cryptocurrency may do so, under their own responsibility, through the external swap service, of which the User is required to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The order is final when the transaction reaches the required network confirmations and is correctly associated with the User's order number: until this happens, the order cannot be processed. The User is aware that the Holder merely automatically detects the receipt of the transaction to the address of its ownership, without intervening, managing or controlling in any way the transaction on the Bitcoin network. By proceeding with payment, the User declares that they have read and accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy available on the Site, and are aware that transactions take place through on-chain transfers and that therefore the Holder does not hold or generate private keys and does not have access to User funds, that Cryptocurrency transactions are technically irreversible, that any errors in the amount, selected network or destination address are at the exclusive risk of the User, and that network fees and exchange rate variations remain at their expense. In case of underpayment, the Holder may request an integration or cancel the order, retaining, in whole or in part, the amount received to cover operating costs and network fees; in case of overpayment or double payment, any refunds of the excess may be evaluated by the Holder on a case-by-case basis and, if made, will be executed net of network fees. Payments sent on unsupported networks or to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered and do not entail any obligation to refund on the part of the Holder. In any case, the User is invited to contact us at parcelnode@gmail.com.
The price shown at checkout is based on the data entered by the User, the conditions applied by the Courier and Logistics Provider, and includes VAT. If, following checks by the carrier or Logistics Provider, differences emerge in terms of, for example, weight/dimensions, remote zones, fuel surcharges, regulatory charges, customs costs, storage, redeliveries or other expenses provided for by the relevant regulations, the User is aware and accepts that such costs are entirely at their expense. Such charges may be communicated even after delivery, based on data corrections made by the Logistics Provider or Courier during handling. Invoicing takes place on the basis of personal and tax data provided by the User: any errors, incompleteness or outdated information remain the exclusive responsibility of the User, as the Holder does not carry out independent checks on the correctness of declared data and relies on checks by the carrier or Logistics Provider for the possible application of adjustments.
If the shipment is international, the User is responsible for obtaining licenses, authorizations and necessary documents, correctly compiling tariff codes and fulfilling obligations relating to duties, import VAT and any further customs formalities required by applicable regulations. The User also declares that the contents of the shipment are not among prohibited goods or subject to restrictions, including - but not limited to - those described in the Prohibited Items page and that they comply with all provisions in force regarding security, transport, international economic sanctions, export restrictions and regulations applicable to the declared contents. Any seizure, rejection, destruction, delay or additional cost resulting from inaccurate declarations, regulatory violations or failed customs compliance is entirely at the User's expense and does not give rise to liability on the part of the Holder, who does not carry out checks on the contents of shipments nor on the correctness of customs documentation provided by the User. For any reports relating to unlawful uses of our Service, the User can write to us at parcelnode@gmail.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantee of continuity, absence of errors or suitability for a particular purpose, within the limits allowed by law. The Holder cannot be considered liable for service disruptions, delays, damage, loss, misplacement or non-delivery attributable to the Courier, Logistics Provider, customs, third parties or force majeure, nor for any delays, congestion or malfunctions of the telematic networks used by the User to make payment, including blockchain network dynamics, over which the Holder has no control. Similarly, the Holder cannot assume liability regarding the stability, functioning or value trend of Cryptocurrencies used by the User as a means of payment, nor regarding the functioning of any third-party services related to them. Within the maximum limits allowed, the Holder's overall liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific order, excluding the value of the goods, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, which cannot in any case be charged to the Holder. The User, moreover, acknowledges that the Holder does not manage, store or transfer digital funds, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from the use of Wallets, private keys, blockchain networks or third-party services.
The User undertakes to keep harmless and indemnify the Holder from any claim, damage, penalty, cost or expense (including legal ones) arising from (i) violations of these Terms, (ii) the entry of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or contrary data to applicable regulations, (iii) the sending of prohibited, dangerous, restricted or non-compliant goods with regulations on transport, security or customs, (iv) customs, tax or export restriction non-compliance or international economic sanctions, (v) non-compliant, improper or unlawful use of the Service, (vi) errors made in making Cryptocurrency payments, including transactions sent to incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, incorrect amounts or insufficient fees, (vii) the use of third-party services and any consequences arising from their functioning, as well as (viii) any damage, loss or dispute resulting from the use of Wallets, private keys, blockchain infrastructures or third-party services, over which the Holder has no control.
To request the cancellation of an order not yet processed or to initiate a refund request, the User must contact the support service at parcelnode@gmail.com; the User is however aware that the management of cancellation requests is subject to the technical and operational limits provided by the Courier and Logistics Provider. The User is also aware that payments sent on unsupported networks or incorrect addresses are not recoverable and do not entail any obligation to refund on the part of the Holder. Any disputes relating to transport, damage or loss of goods must be presented by the User directly to the Courier or Logistics Provider, within the terms and methods provided by their respective contractual conditions. Where possible, the Holder may assist the User in collecting the necessary documentation, without thereby assuming obligations or responsibilities beyond those provided by its own policies and those of the Courier or Logistics Provider. Refunds possibly recognized by the Courier or Logistics Provider will be managed by the Holder exclusively within the limits of the amounts actually received from them for the purchased service. Since Bitcoin payments are technically irreversible, it is not possible to cancel or reverse the original transaction, any refunds will be made using the Holder's own funds and do not constitute a return of the original transaction, which remains final. The refund will be made in the same Cryptocurrency and to the same address used by the User for payment. The amount in Cryptocurrency will be calculated on the basis of the refund possibly recognized by the Courier or Logistics Provider, applying the exchange rate available at the time of processing the refund and deducting the network fees necessary for its execution. The Holder may request the User to confirm the address intended for the refund and cannot be held responsible for incorrect, incompatible addresses or network fees incurred for the operation. For further information on claims, refunds and incident management, the User can write to us at parcelnode@gmail.com.
We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or security reasons, where reasonably possible with notice. We also reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue some features of the Service, as well as integrations with Couriers and third-party providers, when this is necessary for technical, operational or regulatory reasons. The modifications will not affect already confirmed orders, except when this is made inevitable by technical needs, regulatory provisions or interventions by Logistics Providers or third-party systems used for the functioning of the Service. The Holder is in any case not responsible for any service disruptions, slowdowns or suspensions resulting from interventions by Couriers, the Logistics Provider, external services or the telematic or blockchain network used by the User to make payment.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milano has exclusive jurisdiction, except for non-derogable cases provided for by consumer protection regulations. As a preliminary step, we invite the User to contact us to attempt an amicable settlement; we will evaluate, if appropriate, alternative dispute resolution tools.
If one or more provisions of these Terms should prove invalid, null or ineffective, this will not prejudice the validity of the remaining clauses, which will continue to produce effects between the parties. The Holder may modify or update these Terms at any time when this is necessary for regulatory adjustments, technical needs or Service evolution: the updated version will be published on this page and will become effective from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise indicated. Continued use of the Site or Service after publication of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
For clarifications on the Terms, operational requests or reports, we invite you to write to us at parcelnode@gmail.com, while for privacy matters we invite you to refer to the Privacy Policy on personal data processing.
